By purchasing classes, memberships, or other services, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the rates in effect at the time of your purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Class reservations must be canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid charges. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a deduction from your class package or a fee for unlimited members.

Membership cancellations require 15 days' notice before your next billing date. Refunds for memberships are issued on a prorated basis according to our Refund Policy.

5. Health and Safety

Yoga involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your physical condition and limitations
• You should consult with a physician before participating in any yoga or fitness program
• You will follow all instructor guidance and modifications appropriate for your skill level
• You will immediately discontinue any activity that causes pain, discomfort, or injury

If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your ability to safely participate in our classes, you must inform your instructor before class begins.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner when using our Services and participating in our classes. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment or intimidation of instructors or other participants
• Disruptive behavior that interferes with others' enjoyment of our Services
• Taking photographs or videos during classes without permission
• Attending classes while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
